Service Description

Join us for a another serene Yoga class led by Erika King and a Walking Meditation and Breathwork session with Whitney Heuvelmans at Pure Konopie Hemp Farm, where we’ll connect with nature and become "one with the plants" in the tranquil fields. Enjoy samples of the new refreshing WODA THC-infused sparkling water prior to class, followed by a soothing cup of red clover tea, hand-harvested from the farm after breathwork. Wrap up the morning with a casual farm tour, soaking in the positive energy vibes that radiate throughout this special place. There is no charge for this event, but free will donations are lovingly accepted.
